Laura Dent has several decades of experience working in technical communication, specializing in localization. As a freelancer, she provides her clients with localization of single-sourcing systems. Previously, at Rosetta Stone, she created systems that enabled SimShip (simultaneous shipment) of all software and documentation, an almost unheard-of achievement. Laura has a passion for languages, and speaks Russian, Italian, Spanish, French, and (a little) Japanese. She teaches technical communication to computer science majors at James Madison University. lauradentwriter.com, @laurainspace
