About the Presenters
Tom Thew serves as a Partner at Relevante and is a member of the Management Team with responsibility to provide strategic and operational direction for the firm. His primary responsibility is to lead the Relevante Direct Hire Practice. As a part of this role Tom provides the practice strategy and overall operational focus for the team, while managing his own book of business. Tom has been promoted several times while at Relevante and has held roles such as Recruiting Manager, Director of Recruiting and Managing Director before taking his current role in 2013. Tom holds a Bachelors’ degree from the University of Shippensburg and lives in Philadelphia with his wife and two sons.
Matthew Allen serves as a Business Development Manager for Relevante’s Direct Contract and Permanent Placement function. Matthew’s primary responsibility is to establish a working relationships with companies, nationwide, who have a need for staff augmentation and/or recruiting support. In addition to maintain a sustainable pipeline of clients, Matthew is heavily involved with Relevante’s RecOps which is focused on recruiting Accounting/Finance and IT Professionals. Matthew leveraged his sales background and people skills to transition into the recruiting industry where he has seen consistent success. Matthew holds a Bachelors’ Degree from California State University and lives in Downingtown PA.

- Leadership Program on Sunday morning is complimentary. This is a great opportunity for your community leadership to network with their peers from other communities. Registration for this is advised and can be done when you register for the Summit.
- Honors banquet has become a reception on Tuesday immediately following education sessions from 5:30 to 7:00 PM, and is included with the Summit registration. New Associate Fellows, Fellows, and other major honorees will be celebrated during the event. And there will be time afterwards for dinner with friends or some other fun activity!

The contest runs until MONDAY 16 February. Have your referral join STC by 16 February 2015 and list you in the “Referred by” field on the member application. The STC-PMC was featured twice in the January 2015 edition of the STC publication, STC Intercom.
The first mention was on page 39 of the inclusion in the calendar of our Mid-Atlantic Technical Conference, which will be held in late March 2015.
The second feature was an article by our own chapter webmaster, Danielle M. Villegas. She wrote an article called, “I Wasn’t a Writer, So How Did I End Up As One?”
