Scholarships
Currently, the STC Philadelphia Metro Chapter is not offering a student scholarship. If you’re teaching a technical writing or communication class and are interested in learning more about STC, or demonstrating the value of participating in a professional association, please contact highered@stcpmc.org. Meanwhile, keep checking back as we continue to update the site with our current offerings, programs, and events.
Are you or do you know anyone who is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, graduate degree, or certificate in the area of Instructional Design? If so, apply for the STC Instructional Design & Learning SIG Scholarship starting in November. The IDL SIG will award:
- One (1) $750 scholarship for undergraduate students
- One (1) $1,000 scholarship for graduate students
Visit www.stcidlsig.org and click Scholarships. From there, follow the instructions for downloading, completing, and submitting the scholarship application. Completed applications must be received by Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 11:59 PM EST. Get your application ready TODAY!
